Hey, this is going to be my first build and I have picked my parts from pcpartpicker and was wondering if this is a good build for the price. Originally I wanted it to be $700 but I guess $800 is fine too. Will all the parts be working together? And is it a good build? Thanks for the feedback.

Go for a 270 and get yourself a nice cpu cooler, do some overclocking

Better Ram
More powerfull PSU for OC on cpu and gpu
CPU water cooler for good OC and temps.
Same perfomance motherboard with less money and good airflow case.
