Hey there this is my first time building a Pc. I would like your opinions and suggestions. I came up with these two builds:

4690K is better
280X is better
the PSU is at the very EXTREME limits, though.

Go with the i5 build. Just as a note! For the R9 280 the minimum power supply limit is 750W. Get the power supply upgraded or your build won't work.

The manufacturer specified 750 watts because it's the limit, assuming you have a Tier 5 crap PSU. The guys at Newegg ran a 780 Ti with 600 watts. Upgrade to 600 watts for 5$ if you want.
