the PSU is at the very EXTREME limits, though.
 
Solution

The manufacturer specified 750 watts because it's the limit, assuming you have a Tier 5 crap PSU. The guys at Newegg ran a 780 Ti with 600 watts. Upgrade to 600 watts for 5$ if you want.
