Hi,1st i wanna introduce my current Pc build :CPU:8350
MOBO:Gigabyte GA- 990FXA-UD3
PSU:XFX TS Series 550W
GPU:Sapphire 7770
RAM:6GB

So,im about to upgrade my pc as i really need that and im planing to get the sapphire toxic 270x also i would like to upgrade my cpu no doubt 8350 is perfect for gaming but i always ask why intel perform better! right now my only upgrade goes for 9370 which is 220tdp !!! when comparing it to one of the best intel cpus 4770 84tdp only. Do i really need to go for intel now ?or i keep my AMD build? I'm totally ready to get a whole new intel build if i really need it.(Budget:700-750$)

Solution
I would suggest to stick with your AMD build for now and wait for Broadwell to come out in a year or two. Anyways, your build is pretty dang good:)

The Core i5-4690K would literally EAT THE 8350 ALIVE in gaming (but not in rendering, in which case it would be the other way around:)).

Broadwell is already out for tablet type devices. All versions will be fully released by the end of this year or so. However, it will only be maybe 5% faster or so. Broadwell has been delayed but Skylake seems to be on track for late 2015. It is rumored to be quite a bit faster mainly due to the large on-chip L4 cache. I'd wait a year for the Skylake. New motherboard too.

then u guys suggest me a better mobo maybe ? also the sapphire r9 270x toxic is good to go and if im going to need a new psu if i need to go for hard OC the thermaltake evo 850w is good ?

Not worth your time. You would have to reinstall Windows and rebuild the whole thing, and the 990FXA-UD3 is a respectable motherboard that can overclock. It's not the best, but it's not worth spending $200 and having to rebuild and reinstall Windows for it.
