So in the past week I have recieved 3 defective headsets that I have to return. Two of them are Kingston HyperX Clouds and one is a Turtle Beach PX22. I was wondering if anyone could recommend me a good headset(sub 100 dollars) that is USB only.

Thanks in advance!

Logitech G430 or Corsair Vengeance 1500v2 are really good gaming headsets. I've used both, both have great audio. However, I had to return my Logitech g430 due to it causing really bad headaches because of the pressure it would put on my head. So I switch to the far more comfy vengeance 1500v2 and they work great.

Logitech G430 has a lot better bass, so if your head isn't as bad as mine then that is the one to get.

Hmmm, that's a tough one as I've only used the mics on both headsets like two times. One thing I do know, both worked good and didn't have any problems. Now as far as feature set and quality, I'd say the g430 wins, it has a really nice bendable mic, and the quality sounded great. Both headsets have pretty much equal quality, but the g430 has better features. (Another thing I like about g430 is I can control surround and enable/disable the mic with my Logitech g500S G keys.)

I also forgot to mention that music also sounds great on both headsets (for non bassy stuff), but if you listen to heavy bass music then the G430 will sound a lot better for that.

Your welcome! And also, the G430 has 3.5mm jacks but comes with a usb soundcard dongle. That's why it's usb.

Either the MIC is broken and no sound comes out or its super low and I have to put all the MIC settings on max just to be heard normally. Could just be the port but I haven't been able to get my hands on a known working headset to prove that true or not.
