Hi there!

I am really confused what to buy i have like 1 month on me to decide what to buy..

I already have an R4 chassi and graphic card, but the main question is what should i get FX- 8350 or I7 4790K, i will play games like league of legends and MMORPG games and stream and do some record while im playing and in the future i will do walkthrough series so what should i go for what is the best processor for my money? BUDGET --> 1200$

More about : 8350 4790k

If you can afford it, the i7 is the winner hands down. It out does the FX 8350 in everything. Now if you said i5 vs 8350 then that would be a different story.

If the Intel processor fits within your $1200 budget, that would be the way to go. If not, I'd consider something as low as an Intel CoreI5 4670k before the AMD FX-8350.

For gaming, amd is totally out of the race. Even I3's beat the 8350 in gaming.
That said, the I7 4790k is about twice as strong as the 8350fx.

The i7 would no doubt perform better. But at a cost of 2X. The 8350 is a powerful cpu. The i7 for the most part is going to perform better because of the stronger ipc. In some workloads the 8350 could hang with it. In single threaded applications the i7 would win. That being said I would build a more well rounded rig around an 8320.

Even the 9590 is weaker than the 4790k in EVERY aspect there is. The price reflects that.

The i3 doesn't quite beat the 8350 unless it is in an older game, but the i5's and i7's definitely do.

Not sure what that is, but you I5 4670k is definitely not the problem. It kills the 8350/9590 with ease and doesn't even come close to limiting the 280x.
Either you were playing on 4k (then you just need a far stronger gpu, r9 295x2 or dual 780 ti for flawless playing) or if you just play in 2k, there must have been something else wrong.

For gaming, DEFINITELY keep you 4670k, even changing to an i7 5960x at 4.5ghz won't give you a noticeable benefit.

I was playing on a 22 inch monitor and my screen was like getting a blue screen in 1 sec then it goes away then it comes back after some hours... brand new tho

Well, that does seem to be related to your gpu rather than to the cpu. Make sure you're on stable drivers.
