Overlocking the 4790k (bclk, blck/pcie ratio, etc)

Hate to make a thread for this, but is anyone overclocking their bclk with a 4790k? Or maybe there's some experienced overclockers that could suggest a safe increase to the bclk? Also, should the bclk/pcie ratio be set to 1? There's settings that go all the way up to 2.3 something for the ratio, and I'm not sure if I should trust it at the auto setting. I'm also seeing increased variables with the bclk increasing my cpu frequency when stressing, which shouldn't be happening considering I have it set to manual at 100 mhz.

But yeah, I don't know if the cpu cache ratio or uncore plays a role in it, but not only is this chip a heat factory, despite being delidded with liquid pro, but is overall voltage hungry. I'm at like 4.7cpu/1.32 - 4.4uncore/1.27, and the temps for anything above in voltage are just insane even while being watercooled with fans set to max. I was hoping a delid would provide the miracle it did for a 3770k when it came to temps, but it's not anywhere near as close in the reduction of temps. Good thing Prime is overkill, huh?

Oh, and the board's a Z97 Extreme 3.
