I am paying for 100 mbps at AM3. For some reason I am only getting 15 ping, 5.57 download, and 0.08 upload. I tested the same port with the same line with my laptop and I am getting around 86 download and 70 upload. I called Access media 3 (internet provider) about this problem and the guy said it is probably my computer but I'm not sure if it is or not. Can anyone shed some light on this situation?
