Hey everyone I just bought all the components that I need for a high-end triple screen gaming machine; however, I now need a gpu setup to run it all. What should I get?

I want the best possible frame rates for the money. I can buy one gpu now and another in about a month to crossfire/sli.

I was thinking crossfire r9 290 because of the price/performance ratio ($750), but also possibly trifire r9 280x for the same price? I would go with nvidia because I have always been an nvidia fan but the price/ performance ratio just isnt as good as amd at the moment.

Any input is welcomed!!!

I ended up waiting and getting 2 gtx 970s on launch day ($660). The benchmarks put the gtx 970 about as fast as a r9 290x for a lot cheaper. Also the gtx 970 sli is only a few fps slower than the r9 295x2 so thats why I went with this choice
