Is this PC build alright for few years? Will I be able to change GPU or CPU w/o buying new Mobo?

So, I wanted to build a new PC and I found these parts being interesting on pcpartpicker (http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/czWL4D - to the price list and all the details):
CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz Quad-Core
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 (I will get one from ebay)
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme3 ATX LGA1150
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Case: Thermaltake Commander MS/I Snow Edition (White/Black)
PSU: Corsair CX 500W 80+ Bronze Certified
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer

And here goes the question. Will it run the latest games for few years? I don't except it to run them on high settings, but will it?

you'll be able to do minor cpu upgrades, but in 18months time you'll be hunting on ebay for the cpu's. GPU's you are fine.

If you haven't already brought it, get a better PSU.

Everyone not running a I7 will be wanting to do a CPU upgrade in 18 months that is nothing new for desktops. I would recommend going with a little bigger power supply around 600W. Corsair is one of those companies people either like or don't, I find for normal users that are moderate at overclocking they work fine but for heavy long hour use look for something a bit better.

The Corsair CX, CS, VS, and some of the RM(750 and 850) use cheaper capacitors that have longevity issues(short life span). With corsair its usually best to stick with their Seasonic and Flextronics built units(the AX series and some of the TX and HX units), even the CWT built HX units are better than the CX(also built by CWT). Also for the ram get 2x4Gb it usually cost about the same as 1x8gb but dual channel mode is ~10% faster than single channel. This 550w XFX is only a little more than the CX but it much better quality.

What do you recommend then? By the way I want you all to know that I want it being as cheapest as possible. 20 pounds won't make a difference, but when it's 100 pounds difference (in total price) it will be a little difficult for me because I don't really have a job, just getting ~25 pounds / week for looking after my sister (normally I had 45 {[just finished yr11 so I had some free time before holidays actually started] but after the vacations I am back to school).

can you step up to a k series processor? else the z97 is kind of wasted. OCing is so easy that when you feel that a CPU upgrade might be useful you could overclock and save the trouble, you'll get 20% easily on an i5-k.

I note no GPU at the moment?

Thanks, I will pick one from k series.

As I said before, I will get one from ebay, cos the prices are much lower than on pcpartpicker. I know, with that logic I could buy every part from ebay but it's just a bit easier for me. Also, when I get these parts form pcpartpicker I can still play few games on integrated Intel HDxxxx, and it makes the GPU the last thing I have to worry about.
