I know it's not the very best option for gaming but I need to know if it's good enough to play 2012-2013 games not necceserilly(I know I butchered that word sorry) on high graphics.

I also want to ask you something else, ATM I have 2 GB of ram and run windows on 32 bit, soon I'm gonna get 4 GB of ram and I was wondering if it would be a good idea to switch to 64 bit because I've been told that 32 bit will not accept all of the 4 GB of ram.

I would love you to no end if you could help me out.

The card is very weak and you will able to play at minimum settings with decent fps.
32-bit Windows has an address space of 4GB. Part of that is used by system BIOSes and graphics memory. If you fit a graphics card with 1GB of memory only about 2.6-2.8GB of the RAM would be addressable and usable.
