I bought myself a GTX 760 and installed it on my mobo, ran the programs and whatnot, and it just shows me a black screen after the "Starting Windows" screen.

I've reinstalled, uninstalled, cleaned out the drivers, placed it into the other PCI Express slot, rinse and repeat, and it still gives me a black screen.

I'm afraid my card is DOA, I just need some clearance before I go return my GPU.

Specs:
W7 Professional 64-bit
RAIDMAX Blackstone series RX-700AC 700W
ASRock Z77 Extreme4
8GB RAM
Intel Core i5-3470
1TB Western Digital Black

When you fist boot you computer, go to the boot menu. Then select Primary video output, the select pci-e. This worked on an older Windows Vista computer, I don't know about a Windows 7 device.

Finally figured it out thanks to a friend. Turns out the computer thought it was on projector mode, so I just hit Win+P to switch it back and next thing you know I saw my login screen.
