For some reason my desktop's taskbar on the bottom is suddenly chopped in half and only half of the icons can be seen. I had this exact same problem in November 2013 and posted a thread here but I got no replies at all. Last time it happened after launching some game for the first time but this time I don't think it was a game.
I fixed it last time when someone in a game told me how but I completely forgot what I did to fix it. I remember it was really easy though. My taskbar is unlocked, I don't have it set to auto hide, or anything like that. No small icons checked either.My monitor resolution is the same as well. When I try to move it, it still gives that chopped effect even if it is on the side of my desktop.
I wish I could provide a screenshot, but not sure how or how to edit the screenshot so only the taskbar is showing. If someone can still help based off the information I've given, that would be great. Thanks!
