So I got my PC delivered yesterday and started playing at around 6 until 12 it worked fine and I got to play Pay Day 2, Skyrim, and Mine Craft all on Ultra with no problems. I wanted to download some of the games I had on Steam and I decided I would download Just Cause 2 overnight. In the morning I found out the download stopped because the monitor went to sleep (I'm an idiot).

I decided I'd like to play Skyrim, I get on and after about 20 seconds the game freezes and I turn it off and back on, I then did the same thing with same result (I even tried playing low and medium). I got onto Pay Day 2 and I didn't even make it past the menus before crashing/freezing.

I get no error message when turning it back on. I was confused so I thought maybe it was my fan, I got fanspeed and it tells me I'm at, "180C" no way. BIOS tells me I'm at 38C. I'm so confused I've been a PC gamer for literally 6 hours and a couple seconds. I need help on finding what the problem is.

My specs: i5 4460 processor (4x 3.20GHz/6MB L3 Cache)
r9 270
8GB ram
stock fan
mobo ASUS H81M-E/M51AD/DP

Even when I'm not on games my computer will still have a hard time sometimes when a visual change appears and just freezes.

I ordered from ibuypower (never will again). And I just realized that with their strategically placed sticker on the case has voided my warranty after I opened it up. I will surely build my own next time, I thought a pre-built would remove lots of stress, nope.

Do you have any technical solutions I could try? Is there more information you would need? When I stand still and simply turn around I can last long but if I start to move around shit hits the fan.

I wasn't going to send it back anyway, it would cost me $75 back and forth. Newegg will be used next time.

In general, it's better to build your own, for more reasons than one, but I think you have learned that lesson. Anyway, have you tried contacting their customer support and explaining the problem to them?

I don't know if this will necessarily work but you could also try putting an aftermarket CPU cooler on it, doesn't even have to be liquid like the H100i but you could just try an air cooler like the cooler master hyper 212 evo, it's only about $35 compared to the H100i being $100.
