with this motherboard http://www.findlaptopdriver.com/pegatron-corporation-2a73h-motherboard-specs/

and liteon powersupply 300w...

now my question is compatability with this card :
http://www.ekupi.hr/MSI-R9-270-GAMING-2GB-DVI-I-DVI-D-DP-HDMI-graficka-kartica-387762.aspx
and if it is good to put it in old motherboard whitc supports pci 1.1 ...

and of course i need new powersupply at least 500w do you know which one can fit in my dx2400 case ?

HP don't aim to make their PC's upgradeable. Yours is old and not very good. The 270 will work - if it fits in your case. You have to look at the power supply already in it to see if it says 'atx'. If so, any other power supply will fit and work.

I also recommend that you look to get a newer PC.

You might be able to get it working with a new power supply, but that 800mhz ram and 2.5ghz 1 or 2 core processor isn't going to cut it for any game made within the past 6 years. Please get a descent desktop with a quad core and 6-8gb of ~1600mhz ram for a good gaming experience.

I didn't see that you could have a quad core with that system... The CPU is good enough then, but the ram is really gonna hurt you... It's just going to be easier to get a descent refurbished pc and throw the 270x and new psu in that.
