I dont know of my power supply has enough watts. Can you enter in my parts to a PSU calculator? Because I dont know how to use it. If it isn't enough, if I dont overclock my CPU, will it have enough?

Solution
Without overclocking, I calculate you need a supply with at least a 36A rating on the +12V rails.
The Rosewill Capstone 450W is rated at 37A.
Cutting it fine, but should be OK with a good quality supply like this.

Your cutting it too close , a 550w Capstone would do it but for the price of this 650w it's worth the upgrade.

A Radeon HD 6970 NEEDS 34 amps on the 12v rail and a 550 watt power supply minimum.
