"Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot Device and press a key."
I just finished putting my computer together, havent installed a singe thing.
It has a Gigabyte Mobo and Kingston SSD. No hard drive.

When I click the power button, the computer fans start running, the computer gives a quick beep, and then the screen shows:
"Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot Device and press a key."

I clicked Delete, End, ESC, and nothing happens. What do I need to do?
This is my first build, so I am not very tech savy. Please you terminology I a noob can understand haha

It cannot boot directly from the ISO on the USB. That is not a bootable device as it sits right now.

Download this:
Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool
Copy that ISO file back to the hard drive
Run that tool
Follow the directions to create the bootable USB

I have the Windows ISO file on a USB. I plug the USB into the computer, click the power button, and then spam the Delete key which then brings me to the BIOS.

Under "Boot Sequence", number 1 is SanDisk (my usb), and number 2 is UEFI SanDisk. I unplugged the SSD so that it doesnt show up.

Should SanDisk be number 1, or UEFI SanDisk?

This is the file I have on the USB
