Need details, what exactly happens when you tried the restore to factory?
Did you change anything from the default setup of Windows? Delete any partitions or install your own version? If you did, that restore partition may be wiped.
Also make sure you are hitting Alt F10 at the correct time, should be right after the ACER logo comes on.
