so ever since i built my PC around cyber Monday 2013 i always had some freezing experiences with it i however narrowed it down to two things as i already have run memtest86 for ram and have a good sized psu some things i would like to note how i got down to these two things is motherboard wont restart and also when the PC freezes the sound does to it completely stops no same note but the video card might be it too sometimes when i restart or turn on my pc the bios screen dosent flash up i sometimes hear the error code beep stating that my video card failed and sometimes there will be no beeps at all just black screen and no bios logo should i buy a new motherboard or what all answers are greatly appreciated!!
