Hi,
I have a single stick Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB 1600MHz 1.5v CL10 stock. I overclocked it to:
1.) 2400 1.55v 13-15-13-39
2.) 2133 1.5v 12-13-12-35
3.) 2400 1.60v 13-15-13-39
My benchmarks(MaxxMem) revealed that 2400 1.6v have generally higher scores across the board. It dominated the others at every aspect. But 2133 1.5v has a lower voltage and presents the same amount of consistency, but with lesser scores.

Will it be safe to run my memory at 2400Mhz 1.6v 13-15-13-39 timings?

Yes, and you might improve results at 2133 with 1.55, might also add a tad to the CPU/NB voltage (which is to the MC (memory controller)

I played LoL earlier and found that the 2400MHz 1.6v 13-15-13-39 overclock was very unstable. Crashed my computer while i was ingame 2 times. Would bumping the voltage to 1.65v make it stable?
NOTE: My mobo does not support 2600MHz...

can try, it's still a safe voltage...

Will increasing the voltage enable me to have tighter timings?

Possibily, it's all in experimentation
