My pc is lenovo h4 30 with 2gb ram and 2.7ghz processor. I can easily play modern warfare 2 and 3 and call of duty black ops 1 and 2 but games like assassins creed 4 and resident evil 6 runs very slow on my pc. Gta 4 shuts down with a fatal error. Can i get rid of this by installing a graphic card?
