Corsair are ok. Go for The af series if you aren't mounting them on rads. Noctua are one of if not the best fan manufacturer. If you can spend the extra bit of money grab a noctua fan.

I'm on a bit of a budget so Noctua and Corsair aren't really an option. I don't want the best performance. I'm looking for average performance for a cheaper price.
