I want to upgrade my graphics card.
I saw "EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti Superclock w/G-SYNC Support 2GB GDDR5" on Amazon that uses very low power. I want to know If there is any AMD Graphics card that uses low power and gives same or better performance in that price range?

My system ---
Dell XPS 7100
PSU - 460 W
CPU - AMD Phenom II x6 1035
RAM - 8GB

Thank you

No. There are similar priced AMD cards with similar performance characteristics but they all use between 40 and 100w more than the EVGA card, at least that I've seen. Some of the older AMD cards have similar price and TDP but they don't compete in performance. If you need to stay with the low TDP then you should stay with that card. If your PSU can handle a card that's a bit more power hungry there are other cards near that range, or maybe just slightly higher priced, that are better performers.
AMD can't go close to this card for efficiency.
The GTX 750 Ti is rated at 60W.
The AMD R7 250 is rated at 60W, but is much slower (just over half the speed at the same power).
The AMD R7 260X has similar performance to the GTX 750 Ti but is rated at 115W (almost twice as much power for the same performance).

Low power refers usually means only uses power from the pci-e bus which typically is what ships on OEM machines. For the $130 that you can pick up a 750TI for, AMD offers nothing that can really compete. The R7-260X is generally outclassed and the R7-270 is on average hovering around $180. There is nothing in between these two cards other than older 7XXX series you may pick up as a bargain. It is possible to pick up a 7850 but that is a much larger and high power card which size wise becomes difficult to place in OEM cases.
