Hi, I just have a couple of quick questions someone experienced can probably answer fast.

I have an old corsair H60 I pan to put into my new pc for awhile. Do I need to get new thermal paste to apply to it? Or can I just take the H60 off my current proc and put it onto my new mob/proc.

is my new mobo,

I recently bought a Xonoar Dg audio card and was wondering if it was going to underperform versus the onboard audio of my new mobo (I use a 5.1 system) http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-XONAR-Headphone-Audio-Card/dp/B0045JHJSS

Solution
No, you need new thermal paste every time you apply a heatsink to a processor.

As for the sound card, the chances of it under-performing against the onboard audio is slim to none.

+1 to ThatViegGuy, definitely apply new thermal paste after getting rid of all traces of the previous stuff.

Any decent sound card will be a clear improvement from the mobo sound, no question.
