Windows 11 update brings advertisements to the start menu

I cannot even boot my laptop

Whenever i boot my laptop, blue screen appears . Everytime . Right now im using another computer searching solutions to this problem. Im using Acer Aspire V5-471G, System BIOS Version is V2.11 , Intel Core i3-3217U . Thanks
