Will PCI 2.0 Bottleneck my card?

I'm planning to buy a Sapphire R9 270x 2GB Dual-X OC Graphic Card. This requires a PCI 3.0 x16 slot. My mobo (DH55HC) only has a PCI 2.0 x16 slot.

I know it will fit, but I read somewhere that speed bottlenecking may occur with some cards.

Will it occur with mine?

Any GPU that is PCI 3.0 is backward compatible. So go for the PCI 2.0. You will have no problems and even loose performance. Also no bottleneck.
