HP Probook Bluetooth is disabled...in windows 7 32bit

i have instated Bluetooth driver in my hp pro-book 4530s =, but it is disabled by device manager, also i am enabling from device manager but it is still not working, please help me to resolve this issue as well.

It may be turned off in HP Connection Manager.

Click the "Start" button.

In the "Search" bar type HP Connection Manager and it's shotcut should appear in the white box above the search bar. Left-click once on that item to open it.

If Bluetooth shows "Off", click the button on the left to turn it on.
Then you may need to install the Bluetooth driver again.
