i recently built a new pc..
my config is
amd fx8350
gskill 2gb
amd ati r7250 1gb ddr5
asus m5a97 r2.0
corsair vs550
as i start the pc the gpu starts for <1sec and stops ..
what i tried
replaced the gpu (still the same problem)
replaced the motherboard(only worked for the first time)
tried gpu on oher mb(worked perfectly)
also ONCE THE CPU HAS RUN FOR ABOUT 5-10 mins AND I RESTART PC THE GPU SUDDENLY STARTS

Solution
The mobo won't power up the GPU if it has failed the checking procedure it does at POST, like I said, it tests the mobo first, then the CPU, then RAM and finally the GPU, if there's an error in this procedure it should give you the corresponding beep code, except when there's a shorting issue, hence the suggestion of the breadboarding test to eliminate any shorting due to the case or some additional component besides the basic ones (mb ram and cpu).
Let me understand this, when you say the gpu starts for <1sec and stops... you mean it's fans spin for less than a second and then stop? yet the CPU fan, case fans etc continue to work?

If so maybe your PSU is not able to handle the load, only that would explain the same (weird) problem continues after replacing mobo and gpu, which PSU do you have?

ahhh now I see, that issue it not because of the GPU itself, when the pc starts, it first tests the mobo, then the CPU, RAM and finally GPU, most likely it's being unable to get past the mobo/CPU so it simply won't give any signal in the monitor.

I've seen this problem before, either it's some component in your PSU taking too long to charge (faulty piece), or some capacitor in your mobo with the same issue, it must be your PSU since you've already replaced the mobo.

As suggested by you i tried breadboarding but the system still didnt boot.. but on swapping the ram slots the system boots (still can't figure the problem), mostly display issues are related to RAM ...why??

hmmm either your mobo has specific slots to use regarding how many RAM modules you intend to use, so first verify that in your mobo's manual, otherwise maybe you have 1 or more faulty RAM slots in your mobo, such case you'll have to avoid said slots, but that should be enough to go ahead and buy a new mobo or RMA it if you still have that possibility open.

first of all thank you very much for the solutions you're solutions are much better than the ones that the company gives to me.....
the slots are perfect..as the system never boots the first time but on reseating the ram to the same or other slot it boots...
might be a RAM compatibility issue or a bad RAM stick also the memory check LED blinks when the system starts but after reseating the RAM it works fine..
