I have a CX600M, but now it's started to make some noise. I think it's from the fan.

Should I buy a new PSU(CS 750M or V750S?) or use the 3 year warranty and get a new one?

CPU: i5-4670k
GPU: GTX 760
Both overclocked.

750W is more than enough needed for your system.
XFX Core 550W will be enough for your system.
But between those two,the Cooler Master is much higher quality(CM is Tier 2 Class A while the Corsair is Tier Three).
If you want to add another GTX 760 in the future, then go for the Cooler Master V750S. If not, then the XFX Core 550W will do just fine.

In Norway I can get XFX Core 550W for 83 dollars and Cooler Master V750S for 109 dollars.

Which one would you get?
