Upgrading my PC

There should be no issues with capacitor clearance, I was more concerned with length which is one of the reason's for the 750Ti suggestion (that and low power consumption, wouldn't need to change PSU either) since there are some rather short versions of that card. The GTX 660 is a bit better than the 750Ti for gaming so if it'll fit length-wise, I'd say you're good with the XFX PSU and GTX 660.

Sorry i'm new to this stuff, i recently measured it and the PSU and graphics cards fit, but im unsure if the GPU will go over the capacitors on my mother board. There is also a heat-sink which is slightly higher... ill have to look more into that.
And yes, i have a crappy low end GPU currently using the PCIe x 16 slot.
