Looks like your LCD screen was damaged somehow. Try swapping to a new A/V cable (DVI, DP, whatever you're using).

Yes this is the first time this happened and im usib a hdmi cable atm and it works fine with my other tv

Try restarting your pc
if doesn't work then just change to dvi if you're on VGA / HDMI whatever

Very sorry, well I just had to change the resolution and the amount of colours. It was like 32 bit I think.
