I bought a new branded laptop and my internet connection speed decreases A LOT, but just in the laptop.

I've been moving sky and earth to solve this problem and nothing guys. I installed all the Windows 8 Updates, Upgraded the wireless drivers, tested in my cellphone as a router, and my home router.
i normaly download at 250KB/s at home, with the laptop im lucky if i get to 12KB/s, please help.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that using an Ethernet Cable i get full speed, just happen when using wireless.

How far away from the WiFi source are you?
What WiFi router is it?
What is your wired speed from the ISP? (speedtest.net)

Is right next to my room, Thomson TG 580, and the result was 1.92 Mbps or 240 KB/s

Starting with the laptop right next to the router, what do you get?
Walk around...go into your room. What speed do you get?

WiFI is very environmentally sensitive.

Shiet misclicked, but what the hell, i use my desktop in the same place my laptop i putted it right next to the router and it was the same, even in the kitchen, the livingroom xd
