My rig can run battlefield 3 at ultra with aa- 2x while giving around 50-52 fps. Can i play assassins creed unity / far cry 4 on my pc?
Update : and also Battlefield 4 at medium to high (customized settings ; AA 2x - FPS 50-52) and Assassins creed 4 at normal with FxAA turned on (30-40)

core i3 550
4 gb ram
ati r7 250

Solution
You shouldnt be able to, should be something like 30FPS on BF4 on low.
nowdays gaming PCs tend to use significantly faster(though you didnt specified speed) RAM and atleast 8GB of it, R7 250 is economical class GPU and isn't intended at the newest titles of high/very high/ultra, it can run em on low at the very best, most severe case is the CPU,it is as tough as nowdays dual-core celeron.
