Ok so i'll give you as best description as possible. About 4 months ago everything was going great with my pc, but it was my first build and the cable management was sloppy. So I had the bright idea to take everything out and reseat it all. I get it all hooked back up and it wouldn't work so I did a ton of research and someone was saying it might be me ram, so I tried to deduct it, at this point, non of the slots worked. I got really frustrated and resulted to taking the cmos out and keeping one ram slot in. The next day, it boots up with 1 ram slot so I put in all 4, and to no result I get a black screen, I end up deducting it was my 3rd and 4th ram slot not working. So I do a ton of research and nothing was working.

Tried: Looking at the Cpu (All pins in tact and non bent), Tested all ram sticks, they are all functional, unplugging everything and plugging it back in. Cleaned out the two ram slots, rearranged the rams, taking out the cmos, updating my bios, replaced my hard drives and nothing it working.

I'm quite upset because games I use to run on max graphics with no lag, I can barely run on medium. Streaming is obsolete so I can't do that. If anyone has anything I should do tell me.
Here at my Dxiag results.

With two sticks, try raising DRAM voltage to 1.6 and CPU/NB voltage to 1.25, maybe 1.3, then try adding the other 2 sticks

When I typed the + sign on my keyboard, instead of raising or reducing it just put a = in it's place. and if its min 1.5 how would it be able to go lower?

If 2-4 not working, might be a dead channel or problem with the MC, might try loosening the CPU cooler then snugging it back down, if overly tight in a corner or side it can affect the MC (memory controller) forom the pins not getting full contact, if no joy there can remove the CPU and check for debris in socket (like dust, thermal compound etc), also check for bent broken pins
