FIFA 15 and General Overclock Gaming Issue

My computer was relatively cheap to build and I didn't expect FIFA to demand more than what an A10-5800k offered (cost about $300 to build about a year ago). Anyway, based on benchmarks, my PC does not meet the minimum graphics requirements for FIFA 15 yet the demo works. If I purchase the game and it ends up not working, can I get the purchase refunded? The game actually runs well, minus the laggy cut scenes.

EDIT: I just talked to an EA rep and they said that if it's purchased via Origin, I can get my money back as long as I request the refund within the release date.
"You may return EA full game digital downloads (PC/Mac) purchased on Origin for a full refund within 24 hours after you first launch the game, within seven days from your date of purchase or within seven days from the game's release date if you pre-ordered, whichever comes first. This is in addition to your standard return or refund rights."

My overclock issue is that when I use AMD overdrive at any level above 3.8 ghz, it causes the game to spazz out. The controls become unresponsive in the menu. In game, the controls are wacky. A light tap on the pass button becomes a hard pass. Same goes for shots, crosses and throughballs. I don't have this issue when it is not overclocked. It happens with both FIFA 14 and FIFA 15 Demo. I don't play anything else on my system so I don't know if it is strictly FIFA. Thanks for the help guys.

Solution
Getting a game refunded completely depends on where you buy it.

If you buy it from a store, it depends on the store's refund policy. Some won't take a game back just because it was taken out of the wrapper. If you download it, there's no way to get a refund.
