When I try to open my emails on my samsung Galaxy i get a pop up that tells me I could have a virus and to continue when I continue it goes to a page which appears to be generated by Kaspersky Android Protection Pro which is a subscription service. Anyone any ideas how to get rid of it please.

It could be a sales trick but I thought better of Kaspersky than that. If Avast says you're clean you probably are but check every day just in case. Technically speaking, I suppose anyone "could have a virus" so it probably isn't sharp practice to sell a product by that method.

You also gets this type of pop ups on PC like your 'PC might be slow'
'u has several security issue' virus thing etc. this are for nothing. If you still haven't satisfied then connect your device to PC and scan it.
