Downgrade to W7 Pro from W8.1 pro

Downgrade to W7Pro-64bits from w8.1pro

My Hp Laptop came with Pre-installed W7HB and i purchased upgrade to W8 64 bit and later to W8.1. i have a Valid License key for W8 pro upgrade.
I already re-installed my laptop with Recovery CD and now my system is W7HB 64bit, MY question is Can i upgrade it somehow to W7 Pro 64 bit instead of W8.1 pro ? all drivers are seamlessly working on W7 which were very Unstable on W8.1 hence the Downgrade. plz guide

Have license key for 8.1 Pro
Recovered back to Win 7 Home Basic
Now want to switch to Win 7 Pro

If possible at all, you'd probably have to install Win 8.1 Pro, then downgrade to Win 7 Pro.
But completely unsure of an "upgrade" to Win 8.1 Pro carries download rights vs retail Win 8.1 Pro (which does bring download rights)

Ask Microsoft.

as far as i know there are no more upgrades available for windows 7.i would check retailers to be sure but i think that if you want win7 pro you will need to do a clean install,and even then you will have to purchase a copy with a key unless you have a key for win7 pro already.

yes but i am not happy with the upgrade :( any chances of getting windows 9 aka threshold for free ? :)
