hello everyone....
2 days ago i purchased murderer-soul suspect via steam.
when i install the game i turned all graphics option to maximum,high-ultra wheres available. i also turned on v sync ,since i use to do that cuz i do not care if i have more fps than needed. today before launching the game i decided to run fps just to know the best i get in this game since i hit 1200+fps in leage of legends w/o v-sync. i had somehow a feelin that the game wasnt smooth but it wasnt slow so o didnt care much. so today i saw that the v sync lock the game at 30fps while when is of i get 120min to 210 maximum on same settings etc.
just wanna know if its game issue or me. the game is advertised as powered by amd and i do own 2x asus r9 280x in cf mode,stock clocks.
