I don't know what the problem is but any website powered by wordpress.com is not opening and displaying content properly ,i have attached screenshots.Please help,what could be the problem??
All the webpages of mozilla.org are also not opening.
I have tried opening them in IE,Opera and chrome with the same results.I am running win7 ultimate.

I checked this on my laptop and there they open all right meaning the problem is not from the ISP's side.I have windows 8.1 on my laptop.
