I bought a computer on eBay and it runs super slow I don't know what's going on. The specs are amd 4100 quad core processor, gtx 760 ftw edition, 4 gb crucial ballistix tactical. Windows 7 64 bit premium. Windows 7 explorer keeps restarting.
Takes a long time to boot and clicking start button sometimes takes around a minute just to open menu.
