Sorry to hear about your issue.
Do you hear any unusual sounds when you try to reboot it? And can you share what's your PC build?
The problem may be caused by almost any component in your system.
Usually a complete freeze indicates that there is a heat problem of some sort. So I'd check this as well, blow the dust out (if there's any).
It can also be PSU problem. I'd recommend to reseat every component on your build again.
Can you get access to the BIOS? You can also try to boot with a recovery disk/media device and see if it can get you to boot.
