So I plan on building a system, i5 4690k. gtx 770 8gb ddr3 ram etc.
I want a z97 mobo that I can OC to about 4 or 4.2ghz but I dont know what to get. Budget for the mobo is around 80-100 GBP. Also it needs to have at least 3 4 pin fan headers (excluding cpu).

Solution
I used strictly Asus for > 10 years and while I still lean to Asus in the > $225 bracket, MSI has made HUGE strides in recent years in the $125 - $200 bracket and my experience with the G45 and GD65 has been stellar. If ya can swing the extra 20 GBP, it's a worthwhile upgrade to the GD65's direct competition is the Hero which is 40 GBP more expensive

You might wanna study the video a few dozen times before starting ya build :)
