Found this today and I'm in the market for some new RAM:

Is this a misprint or is it really that quick? And is it worth it for a 4770k? They also have the 8GB kit which I'm leaning more towards and also says 8CL

I wouldn't do 4 x 4 GB

2 x 8GB is much easier to manage with less load on ya memory controller and better overclocking

These are CAS 9 but a lil more than half the price and w/ Hynix modules in them, better timings are certainly possible

The 2133 CAS 9 won THGs THG Elite Hardware Award

The extra speed will serve well tho not in every instance, as you can see here, 2400 RAM is 11% faster on F1 than 1600. The STALKER series is another set of games that benefits from faster RAM.

I think you will find that those 2133 CAS 9's are cheaper than any 1866 or 1600 CAS 9 sets you would buy

Performance gains beyond 1600-9 are fairly slim so I would only recommend picking faster DIMMs if they come at little to no extra cost or if your primary application(s) are heavily dependent on latency.
