I had to reinstall my windows 7 thinking this would fix the problem yet it did not!

I can access to the internet using LAN but on wireless it gets stuck on identifying, limited access, no internet access ....

Any ideas? T.T

Well I installed it twice. I know this card works because it does on my dad's computer but dunno maybe I should try with another one?

"Multiple networks" sound like you are connected via ehternet and wifi at the same time? That needs static routing or at least intelligent IP address handling.

Right now I am connected via ethernet so I can have internet access but enabled the wifi to take the picture. I will take a screenshot just enabling wireless connection if it could help.

Looks like you already got a DHCP-address from the router. Pleas check with "ipconfig /all", if it is a reasonable configuration, with a valid gateway. If it is, the router may have mac address filtering or something like that enabled. At least it doesn't answer with a single ip packet.
