That's because integrated chipset uses your computer's RAM as Video Memory

You don't, because you don't have a dedicated graphics card - you have an integrated one (in the CPU). It uses a small portion (probably between 1 and 2 GB) of the system RAM, of which you have 16GB. If you still don't understand, just google search the difference between a dedicated (also known as discrete) GPU and an integrated one.
