Is this a good build for streaming League of Legends?

PSU not the best quality, but yes it will actually stream LoL well.

If it wouldn't be to much trouble, could you give me a ballpark estimate on FPS while streaming on medium/high settings? Thank you again.

Easily locked at 60fps I believe.

Do you know of any cheaper or equal-value alternatives that offer more? Or what in particular could boost quality? Sorry for these dumb questions. I don't know much about hardware.

An intel CPU is about the only thing that will boost performance, but as it is, this is MORE than enough power for a game like LoL.
