Recently got new PSU because old one died. If PC is on for 20 min and i try to start game or even load up google crome i get power surge.

"Power supply surge detected during the previous power on.
ASUS Anti-Surge was triggered to protect system from unstable power supply unit"

I have been using this PSU for a few weeks but after installing ZALMAN CNPS10X CPU fan my PC started randomly turning off and getting power surge message.

I just want to make sure it is my Power Source before I send Corsair a support ticket to order a new one.

PC specs:

Processor: Core i7-377OK
Graphics Card; EVGA Gforce 760
Power Source: Corsair GS 700 (2013 Gaming Series)
RAM:Kingston HyperX Fury Blue 8GB

Solution
I would bet it is your psu, Although that psu is quite good, and it meets all power requirements.
So the pc is fine if you don't have that new cpu fan in it?

I would ask corsair because there has been other stories of psu's not being compatible with some parts (rarely) and then automatically triggering surge protection.

I would go straight to Corsair and ask them, or call them over a phone.
