I recently downloaded an update which seems to have contained a virus I presume.
I installed the update, and my computer restarted, as it should after the update. But now it won't start. It only shows the black & white asus startup screen for a second, then a darker black screen appears and then it does the same thing, it keeps restarting in the same way over and over again. And it seems the only thing i can access is my bios. My laptop is Asus X550L.
Please help, I have important paperwork which I need soon on this computer!
