Can somebody make one for me please?

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/bmPKnQ

I had this made, but the memory is out of stock at the price and the graphics card would be £189 + £10 delivery from overclockers because amazon didn't have it in and would take 1-3 months to dispatch it.

Thank you, make sure everything is in stock too please and now a 1-3 month delivery :)

This is a more balanced build. You were paying way too much for the processor, and a lot less for the other components.

So I edited your build to have an unlocked processor, (It will come in handy for OC 'ing which I recommend for everyone to do if they have the money and time for it) and changed the RAM due to what you said and also added in a different motherboard.

Although I have heard those stories, I have OC'd my processor to 4.6GHz and had no problems whatsoever with the motherboard. (I had problems with the BIOS but if you're not OC'ing then no problem there).

These are my rules for choosing motherboards:
On a tight budget: Any Reliable Brand
On a budget but want good performance: MSI
Can splurge: Asus

Why does he need one? Unless he's overclocking (He stated he's not) there isn't any issue.
