So switch your keyboard to a USB 2 port temporarily. You should have keyboard functionality to get to the BIOS then.

I've already tried that with no luck.

Are you using the same USB keyboard with an adapter on the PS2 or a completely different keyboard?

A different keyboard. I'm saying that none of the outputs on my motherboard start up until after the OS. (I'm getting a display from dedicated graphics so it's not coming from the motherboard)

Then I'm out of ideas. If even the PS2 ports aren't live I have no ideas. I don't even know how it is booting, usually there is a check for a keyboard as part of the boot process and unless you specifically say it is OK to boot without a keyboard the boot will hang.

Does Fast Boot have this effect? (I'm running Windows 8.1 with an MSI A88X FM2+ G45 Gaming Motherboard)
