Windows Boots Up Before My USB Devices?

I'm trying to access my BIOS but I can't because Windows always boots up before my USB keyboard does.

Do you have it connected to a USB3 port? Sometimes they aren't initialized early. Try a USB2 port.

Yes, all my devices except my webcam and network adapter are connected to USB 3.0 Ports.

So switch your keyboard to a USB 2 port temporarily. You should have keyboard functionality to get to the BIOS then.

I've already tried that with no luck.

Does anyone else have a solution to this problem? I really don't like having to deliberately crash my computer just so I can access the BIOS.

Does the motherboard have a PS2 port? If so go get a cheap PS2 keyboard....

A different keyboard. I'm saying that none of the outputs on my motherboard start up until after the OS. (I'm getting a display from dedicated graphics so it's not coming from the motherboard)

Does Fast Boot have this effect? (I'm running Windows 8.1 with an MSI A88X FM2+ G45 Gaming Motherboard)
