(UPDATE) :: I attempted to power the drives from another computer + PSU with no luck. I now need to figure out how to fix this most efficiently. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My video editing computer has been having issues lately and its time to ask for a bit of help..
My Corsair AX860 (PSU) died about a month ago, (PSU overheating & non running fan) I bought a replacement and swapped units out, it worked for about a week and the (second) PSU fan stopped running, I RMA'd both faulty units and received two replacement PSU's yesterday. I installed the new PSU and began to power my computer up. The computer shut down almost immediately after starting up, after having the same problem with the next two attempts. I began to troubleshoot by unplugging all of the plugs from the PSU (besides the motherboard ATX power) and plugging one in at a time and rebooting to find the culprit. The culprit ended up being an issue with the power and or SATA connection to one of my drives. (The computer would boot up into BIOS if the drives were not connected into the PSU) I unplugged all of my drives power and SATA connections and replugged them in and rebooted successfully into bios. Everything seemed to be great, although neither of my HHD's were showing in the boot menu and only my SSD was accessible. My three memory devices are powered through the same cable. (ive replaced this cable with a new one and am still experiencing problems) Thoughts, Solutions?

I've got a second computer lying in my closet, Ill check to see if the drive will boot from it and I'll reply back. Is there any solution if the drive is 'fried'?

Plugged them into my other Rig with no luck, I think the issue is that both the units aren't receiving any power. (Disk's aren't spinning)
